Nooooooo, not the new carpet! "Oh my gosh, what just happened here?" How did we get a blue stain on our brand new carpet?
With our house undergoing a remodel, there has been so much traffic coming and going. We have the counter top installer's,
guys doing the tile, we have a painter, plumber and the construction contractor, not to mention the carpet guy. But since the carpet was already installed, that pretty much rules him out. Who could have left a little white tube with blue dye laying around, let alone step on it to create such a nasty stain?
This is terrible, we found two stains in the master bedroom as well as in the living room, I have no idea how this happened let alone how we are going to get this out of our new carpet.
But wait......there are some clues. Tiny little pitter patter spots going down the stairs, luckily we have plastic covering the carpet leading to the basement. Let's follow the clues.....One, two, three, four, down the stairs we go, five, six, seven, more spots leading into the family room. Hummm, that's the only room not under construction. What would a sub contractor be doing in the family room?
BUSTED!!
Not only was there blue dye all over his paws, but in his mouth and on his chest. I guess it wasn't the plumber in the bathroom with a wrench, or the painter in the bedroom with a brush, or the countertop guy with the glue in the kitchen. Not even the building contracter with a hammer in the hallway, or the tile guy with the grout. Just a naughty little puppy named Archie.
Lucky for us, Healthy Home Carpet Cleaners acted fast and were able to remove the stains completely, we're good as new again!
