The alternative was Sun Valley Idaho. I'm just gonna say, I love, never want to leave, must retire there, Sun Valley. Holy Cow it's like the secret garden tucked away and hidden among majestic mountains.
I've heard of the place but never in my wildest dreams could ever imagine a place so beautiful. The Mountains in the winter are ski slopes making them perfect for biking in the summer.
My son has been dating a wonderful girl with a son of her own. This trip was a great opportunity for the husband and I to get to know them better. She's all about the outdoors making her a perfect match for our boy. She bikes, hikes, and does yoga with him. There aren't many that can keep up with his active lifestyle, but I believe he has met his match.
It was an incredible time and now that I know of this desert paradise, I foresee coming back sooner than later!

Thanks for sharing this amazing adventure. It does look like a paradise and it just fit your lifestyle since you love the outdoors. That pool looks so inviting and the photos are absolutely beautiful. It think that lady is the right one for your son too.
Have a great summer Saimi.
Hugs,
JB
What a wonderful place..Lot's of fun things to do....
I hear Bruce Willis has a place for sale there for a mere $17 million. That would be a great retirement place for you.
We are thinking Idaho might be a great place to retire to eventually.
