Pranked

We're on the letter P and it's the neighbors turn to pick the restaurant. We've been going to dinner once a month alphabetically. By doing so, we've experienced some different places outside our comfort zone. Not only has it been adventurous but it's been good for us to try new things.

When the letter 'H' rolled around our neighbors pulled a fast one on us. They picked us up, drove around the block and brought us back to their house where she had dinner waiting. You see, it was their pick and they had the advantage of having a last name start with the letter 'H'.

It's always a fun mystery wondering where we'll eat, sometimes I'll check the phone book to see what our options are. As it turned out, there weren't many restaurants that started with the letter 'P'.

The neighbors promptly rang our doorbell, as I was gathering my purse, the husband opened the door. There they stood each holding a pizza box. The boxes were labeled, "Pizza at the P.........s." Yes our last name starts with the letter 'P' and by the looks of it, dinner was going to be at our house.

I put my purse down and was ready to grab some plates but our neighbor wanted to make sure we approved of their choice of pizza before we got started. This is what we saw when we opened the lid:

Our clever neighbors struck again. After a good laugh, we headed out the door to a restaurant of their choice. Next month it's our turn, I wonder what we can do with the letter 'Q.'

Perhaps it's going to be another mystery.
