The installers for the counters came and replaced the old laminate tops for quartz. Oh my gosh I'm so excited!!
What a difference they make
splash,
I'm going with white
Subway tile.
The cabinets used to be oak before having them painted white. I really love the clean simple look.
The tiler has been working in the bathrooms laying the new tile down. He was able to get the floors partially done before the counters arrived.
Now that the counters are in the tiler can go all out and finish the shower and the Wayne's coat around the toilet.
We are also having a food storage room added in the garage.
The farm house doesn't have the square footage and storage space we have now so we are making accommodations.
While the farm house is going through its renovations we are preparing our current place for the market.
Meanwhile, Dixie is home. Her three month training at boarding school is over and let me tell you, it feels so good to have her back. Although I'd see her on a regular basis, there's just no place like home.
Elsie Shea is two months and by the look of that cute smile, I'd say she's digging her new shades.

You saved the cutest Pick 4 last! She is so cute I can't believe how big she's grown. I know you're glad to have the horsey home and your house is going to be absolutely gorgeous the one you're fixing up. You can put my whole house in your living room kitchen. I hate hate hate are laminated counters in the kitchen and in the bathrooms anything would be better and you're a new is looking wonderful.
Wow! So many good things happening at your place. I'm glad the horse is finally home.
The kitchen will look so bright and new. Renovating can be a pain but so rewarding once the dust settles.
The cutest thing under the sun is that little precious baby girl. Love those big sunshades.
Stay well and happy.
Hugs, Julia
So many posittive things happening in your world; I love it! I DO love a white kitchen and quartz is the best.
Food storage is always a necessity, but I think that lately, it's more so. right?
THAT baby---she is a doll.
You do have a lot of things going on they're looking great. It's not the same to just be able to see Dixie everyday but it's more comforting to be able to walk out the door or look out a window to see her. I have to agree with everyone else you save the cutest picture for last Elsie Shea is adorable.
