Yo Yo Tricks

Remember the yo yo? I don't know if kids even play with that spinning wheel on a string anymore, but I sure enjoyed it as a kid. I recall trying over and over again to master the tricks like The Throw Down, The Sleeper, Around the World and Rock the Cradle but most of all, I wanted to know how to Walk the Dog. It's possible I know it is and I'm still trying to master it.

Humor me if you will and watch my efforts with a 'yo yo' and my attempt to 'Walk the Dog'. There's double the action in this video with another yo yo going around and around. I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusion as I have and realize I still need lots of practice. Enjoy!

Well Oskar is one excited doggie when the leash gets pulled out! It looks like he may have expended all his energy before the walk even began. Whew!

this little yo-yo is probably safer than me with a REAL yo-yo... he's a little fluff ball full of energy!!

That is funny! I thought leashes were more like an old fashioned top = they wind you up and spin you!

It's especially cool how you can walk the dog under the car. What a funny pooch :-)
