I've had about four hair cuts now with my new hairdresser. I didn't intend to switch beauticians, they made the switch on me. Last October I went in for my regular scheduled appointment only to find the new guy. At first my gal was out with knee surgery's but I later discovered she had planned on retiring, letting the new guy take over.
I'm all about giving people a chance, I mean what do I have to lose...except my hair. Remember this,
the lovely do I walked away with after the new guy's first attempt at coloring and cutting my hair?
Go a head and take a moment to puke.
Well after some trial and error on his part and some patience on mine, I think he's finally getting the idea, what do you think?
It's not the best picture in the world and definitely not the most glamorous but at least he's giving me something I can work with.

What a difference! It makes you look so hip and young..very cute! ;D
It's looking very up to date. I think he's getting it and you look very cute. Everyone is getting their hair cut and reminding me that I need to schedule an appointment.
Less bangs is definitely more! Lookin' good!
What a difference! Now if I only had cute blonde hair that did what I asked it to! :)
looks adorable!
Love the hair and I think the picture is great too! You always look so pretty!
The new 'do' is fabulous... and you DO look very glamorous :-)
Looks great! Cute pic.
i definitely remember that one!
(not that you looked bad before but) that new cut is like, at least a decade's difference in style. you're right, i think he is getting there!
you look great!
I think it has def gotten more perfect!
He's a keeper.
Oh, I love it! So glad he's getting it right! ;) You look so good in short hair! :)

Definitely success!
I think you look super adorable. Like a blonde Katie Holmes! Without the crazy husband and the dead eyes.
Very cute! I like it.
I have never seen a picture of you! You are darling!!!!! The new cut looks fab!
Love it! I've had some bad hair jobs before. I hate it when your favorite hair person stops working or moves.
lookin' good - you seem to be getting him trained!
(it's SO hard finding a good hairdresser... my problem is that I have one that does an awesome cut and the other does the color perfectly...)
Aren't you so cute. That is so current and hip.
I know what you mean about switching hair dressers, it takes a few hair cuts to get them trained on what YOU want.
Oh, I love the new cut and style. Pretty pukey that first one though. I have my daughter as my stylist, so I am lucky. She keeps me up to date. I even called her sunday and reported that I did my hair as that was most imortant--she agreed. (I did not have time for makeup) A good hair style makes you feel good too.
I love the new do.
I'm a serial switcher when it comes to hairdressers. Good for you sticking with the guy. You look great!
I can't believe you didn't make the switch initially! Talk about patience!
Aww... looks like you are going from little girl to a grown up, Congrats. I am glad at least you have some one. I am so afraid of letting people touch my hair. It only happens every once in a needed while.
I think it's adorable! I hate "training" new hairstylists, so I feel your pain. But it looks like he's definitely got the hang of it, Beautiful! :)
Oh, and thank you for the tips on putting on patches. I think you may have changed my life (and my son's)! ;)
YUP...he is improving for sure. The second one makes you look much more sassy ...and dare I say , young.
looks darling on ya
My daughter is a beautician and I am lucky, cause each visit home to utah I get my hair done..for free, and she always finds a way to make this ol'broad look pretty good (considering what she has to work with, she likes a challenge)
I must admit that I used to be the person behind the chair trying to do just exactly what my client wanted. Then I hung up the scissors and never went back...except for the family.
Now I am the client...and truly I am picky. A former hairdresser is the worst. LOL
I really think your new "guy" is getting the hang of it. :) Your hair looks fantastic!
You're adorable!! Blonds always have more fun. :)
Love the new do.
I LOVE it! I recently cut my hair to shoulder-length. I need to update my profile pic...the one I have is 3 years old!
I think your hair and you are adorable!
I'm behind! I like your new haircut and your patience with the new guy. I smiled about your police stories -- I got a warning once and it was entirely the policemans fault. I saw him and panicked and did a no no because of it. Oh well. I liked the stories of yoga class too. One of my daughters won't ever do it because it makes her laugh and then she falls over. Another daughter loves it. My sister thinks it fixes about anything and I like it occasionally but can't currently lean on my arms which makes a lot of it impossible. Downward facing dog on my head maybe? I enjoyed your stories of houdini too. I didn't like it when my kids would wiggle their way out either. Anyhow, I enjoyed your good writing and catching up a bit.
Uh without sounding too womanly - I think you are GLOWING!! That's a very attractive and practical cut - perfect for a HORSEWOMAN! No worries! W.C.C.
Hi Saimi!
It's so hard to change hairdressers!! I think it's a very cute haircut, he did a great job at fixing the color and getting the cut right!! You are a patient woman - it paid off!!
Hugs,
Barb
the last picture is so cute, congratulations to the bride and groom
Write it in Lipstick
Very cute! I so need to dye my hair
you are GORGEOUS!!!! And I LOVE your hair, dear! I'm one bad hair cut after another these days. I swear, since having my daughters - my hair has never come back the way it was before. One of these days, I'll have a cute dooo! Until then, I'll marvel at yours! LOVE IT!
I love the new style...and you never take a bad picture... you are beautiful! It's tough to switch hairdressers. Mine lives in SLC and I don't know what I would do if he retired...
