This will be their second year selling cinnamon roasted nuts during the 10 day run of our annual Central Washington State Fair.
Our oldest son and his wife wanted to get in on the action and came from Idaho to help them, leaving us to help with their boys.
I'm pretty sure we got the better end of the deal.
While they spent their days roasting and selling nuts we spent ours enjoying the fair with the twins.
The husband and I have season passes to the fair, a yearly birthday gift from the husbands mother.
She knows us all too well and how much we love going.
With a pass, we will typically attend the fair for dinner and spend an hour looking around before heading home, then repeat again each night after, seeing something different every time we go.
This year with the boys, we enjoyed it through what 4 year olds like to do.
He has perfected the art of standing a tipped bottle upright with a ring attached to a fishing pole.
Once night while working in his brothers kiosk, he'll take a time out to play the bottle game.
Each night he wins an over sized stuffed animal
His boys decided to give it a try and to say the least,
I'm glad they are a work in progress, because at the rate their dad is going we are going to have a stuffed animal farm on our hands.

Looks like everyone is having a great time. Those stuffed animals are huge!
Fun.
What a fun family you have. Here on the farm, everything is work, work, work. getting overstuffed animals is rather scary but ai bet the boys wants more.
Hugs, Julia

It looked like you were having fun, those little grands are just adorable! I can see that you might need an extra room for the stuffed animals!
