Seek and ye shall find.....

Knock, knock, knock.......pause....knock, knock, knock.

Awaking me from a afternoon siesta, because sometimes naps are important, Ok, most of the time. I opened the front door to find no one there.

What I did find was a couple of post it notes taped on the column of our porch.

It reads: Bring the person you love with you!
Go to the green spot where my siblings and I play all
day and it feels like a castle.

I called to the husband who was still slumbering, 'Wake up honey we have been summoned.'

The instructions are referring to our lot where there is plenty  of grass as well as a barbecue area.

'The husband and I headed up there and found another note attached to our table.
Go to the spot next to our fence a huge rock is where the next clue is.

So we went to our neighbors backyard fence and saw this note on, well, a huge rock.

Go to one of my favorite spots of all past the green bushes and a tall black fence in all. ( I think she was trying to rhyme)

The note was referring to our front yard bushes next to our backyard fence.

We followed the instructions and found this note taped to the cobblestones.
Under me is a prize and all, be careful, it is very fragile.

We pulled up the note and found the prize wrapped in paper.
Carefully unwrapping it we found this sand dollar and a sweet sentiment.
We didn't need another note to find who orchestrated the hunt, we knew exactly where to find the real treasure.
I just gotta say, we are pretty lucky neighbors to have these cuties next door.

The best part was their mom was completely unaware of what was going on.

She just said they needed tape.

As for us, we don't need tape they are already stuck in our hearts forever.

I hope they made you feel very loved. A very constructive way to spend their time.
I hope that today is just as sweet for you two.
