Winnie's maiden voyage

Meet Winnie, she came all the way from Idaho Falls, ID.

She caught the husbands eye when he was thinking about trading in his Airstream Basecamp. The Basecamp was too small and had a few issues he didn't care for so here is his new little trailer just perfect for short term camping.
She has everything for your basic needs, no bells and whistles
just good ol' eating and sleeping and a shower of course.

The bed is a Murphy bed. When it's pulled down it rest's on another couch. If we need extra sitting space we just tip it up and reset the couch.
The bathroom is cozy, like little but amazingly enough the shower is quite comfortable and seems roomier than the one in our other trailer.

Anyway there she is folks and she came all the way from Idaho just to go back. Since we needed to return the boys to their parents we decided to take Winnie out for her maiden voyage.

The boys had a surprise of their own when they saw their parents at the RV camp ground. New trailers all around.

It's very similar to ours but their's is 4 feet longer. Most likely to accommodate the bunk beds.
We all stayed just a couple of nights but long enough to enjoy the pool

And the fair.
There's this bottle game where you have a fishing pole with a ring attached and you need to put the ring on the neck of a bottle then tip the bottle up without the ring coming off.

And look who made it on his first try! Good job Emerson and
hello giant llama.

Ice cream and a 95 degree day go hand in hand.
Literally, if you don't eat it fast it's dripping down your hand.
And that's a wrap. Summer is over and the boys are home and back in school. First grade for those little buggers.
I can hardly believe it!

you have turned the buying of a new camper into a party! the photos are fantastic of your family and what a great surprise that they got a camper also… looking at your new camper tells me if I had to live alone I could live in one like yours. all the needs... it really is a nice one and feels more spacious than some I have seen...

That turned out to be a fun trip especially for the boys. I love that toothless smile. He looks so proud. Never a dull moment with you and the boys must appreciate you both so much.

I like that little trailer. It's all you need for a fun camping trip.
Enjoy the rest of the summer. Autumn is lurking around already.
Hugs, Julia

Your camper sounds perfect! My sister recently bought a camper like that, or maybe more like your kids (it has bunk beds too) and she loves it! It looks like you had a wonderful time!

How fun for your entire family. This is my kind of camping though....no tents for this girl anymore. :) Yours looks comfy cozy! I love the little bunk bed area for the boys in their camper too.
