Once upon 'the beginning of' time.....

In a garden long, long, long ago,
There were beautiful flowers
and shrubbery.
Then Eve made a choice.
As a result of her actions, came the consequence.
What was that girl thinking?
I don't know about you,
but I sure could use an apple.

Dear Saimi, I know all too well what you're talking about.
I've been digging and digging for the past two years and I'm finally getting a handle on the weeds in some of my flowerbeds..... More like my pitch fork handle and every tool known to gardeners that has a handle on the end.

I still have one huge garden that I have totally lost control of and many others that are well on their way to be called a jungle.

You could use an apple and I could use Adam to help me weed, he,he,he.

Hugs,
JB

I too have been struggling with weeds. The chick who originally designed my house put in way too many flower beds. I try to keep up with them, but around July I give up. If I had my way, I would have two flower beds and then just pots of flowers. Way easier to maintain.

btw - Darling picture of you. Love your hair.

I just keep staring at my flower beds full of weeds. But, have ignored them.

I hear ya! I am looking forward to that whole 'paradisiacal glory' thing someday. No noxious weeds sounds like a plan to me, just beautiful blooming flowers all the time, until then we will have to battle the stupid weed and bugs.
