Mother's Day was absolutely wonderful! It actually started last week with a surprise visit from college boy Happy (early) Mother's Day!. His thoughtfulness was the most perfect gift he could have given me. He knew exactly how to aim for my heart and like an expert, he made a bulls eye.As for our eldest son, he also knew what would make his mama happy. He found the girl of his dreams and couldn't be happier. He's been at college three years and has dated a variety of girls, none of which has sparked his interest like this one has.The First Born Let's just say he is very twitterpated. For Mother's Day, he sent me a wonderful card followed by a nice long phone conversation. It brings such joy to my soul knowing he is happy.
Then we topped the day off with the much anticipated call from the missionary. He called to give us the number so we could call him back, but our phone was not cooperating. For some strange reason the number was not going through. We used the husbands cell but the speaker part of the phone made it hard for the missionary to hear us, so we took it off speaker and passed him around the table so we could each talk with him. We had the grandparents, great Granny and the Aunt. It felt so good to hear his voice and know that he is doing well.
I'm still smiling thinking of each of my boys and how, in their own way, know exactly what to do to make their ma happy.
They have a wonderful dad who has always been a great example on how to treat their mother and I couldn't be more blessed to have such wonderful men in my life!

You have done a wonderful job with your sweet boys. Because of the love and admiration they have for you shows what kind of a husband and father they will make. I am glad you had a wonderful Mothers Day. You are one special lady in my book :)
